  • 2022-2023 : Technical-economic study and "generic" business plan for the transformation of Boucherie Charcuterie Perron (Saint-Prime in Lac Saint-Jean) into an A-1 slaughterhouse and C1 center for the cutting, processing and packaging of regional meats for the MRC du Domain-du-Roy.

  • 2021 : For Urban Agriculture Laboratory (AU/LAB). Pre-feasibility study of a 6,000 m² greenhouse motel with urban forest biomass heating in Pointe-aux-Trembles / Montreal.
  • 2020-2021 : For the City of Dolbeau-Mistassini. Feasibility study of a greenhouse motel of 1.2 ha on the Thermal Park of the City of Dolbeau-Mistassini with recovery of thermal discharges from the Produits Forestiers Résolu cogeneration plant as an alternative source of heating.
  • 2020-2021 : For the Domaine du Roy CLD. Feasibility study of a greenhouse motel of 1.2 ha on the Agrothermal Park No. 2 of the City of Saint-Félicien with recovery of thermal discharges from the O&M cogeneration plant as an alternative source of heating.
  • 2020-2021 : For the Municipality of Anticosti Island. Feasibility study of a 3,500 m² vegetable & fruit greenhouse complex and a production unit for forest plants (2,500 m² of greenhouses) with recovery of thermal discharges from the future ORC cogeneration plant using biomass Energy Anticosti.
  • 2020-2021 : For the MRC de la Vallée de l’Or and the CDE Senneterre. Feasibility study for a 1.2 ha greenhouse motel on the Senneterre Thermal Park with recovery of thermal discharges from the Boralex cogeneration plant as an alternative source of heating. Support to the MRC de la Vallée de l’Or for the follow-up of the project with the various authorities concerned (MRC, ministries and others).
  • 2020-2021 : For the MRC of Maria-Chapdelaine. Update of the Agricultural Activities Development Plan (PDAA) 2013-2018 and production of the PDAA 2020-2025. Assessment, diagnosis, axes, orientations and actions after consultations with the territorial actors of agriculture and agri-food.
  • 2019 : For Serres Toundra: preparation and obtaining of the phase 2 certificate of authorization and nursery from the Ministry of the Environment and the Fight against Climate Change (MDDELCC).
  • 2019 : For Greentone Enterprises. Preparation and follow-up of the request for authorization to destroy two wetlands from the Ministry of the Environment and the Fight against Climate Change (MDDELCC) for the construction of phase 2 (2.5 ha) of a greenhouse complex intensive commercial medical cannabis plant in Bécancour. Preparation of technical memos and plans in close collaboration with Groupe MSH, the engineering firm responsible for the project.
  • 2018-2019 : For Greentone Enterprises. Preparation and follow-up of the request for a certificate of authorization from the MDDELCC for an intensive commercial greenhouse complex for medical cannabis (2.5 ha – phase 1) in Bécancour. Preparation of technical memos and plans concerning the construction area, buildings, production management, extraction and packaging of oils, management of lost fertigation water and unrecovered green waste, etc. Work in close collaboration with the project promoters, the MSH Group, the engineering firm responsible for the project, Dutch (greenhouses and networks) and Canadian (oil extraction and packaging) suppliers and subcontractors.
  • 2018 : For AU-Lab (Urban Agriculture Laboratory) / Montreal. Pre-feasibility study of an urban commercial greenhouse complex with a "social economy" component (3,500 m²). Production opportunities, investment and production budgets according to the different implantation sites.
  • 2018 : Market study of stocking brook trout in Quebec and business plan for a stocking fish farming project with a capacity of 50 tons / year in Saguenay.
  • 2017 : For the Local Innovation and Economic Development Fund (FIDEL) of Matanie: pre-feasibility study of a greenhouse complex of 4 ha (phase 1) heated with biomass (technical, commercial and economic aspects). Study of the location of the greenhouse complex on the former industrial site of the RockTenn cardboard factory.
  • 2016-2017 : For Serres Toundra: implementation of the Canada GAP food safety program in the context of intensive commercial production of cucumbers in greenhouses (8.5 ha – 25 tons / day). Preparation and obtaining of Canada GAP certification and USDA certification within the framework of harmonized procedures (USA – Canada). Training of the internal manager of the food safety program.
  • 2016 : For Serres Toundra: preparation and obtaining of the phase 1 authorization certificate from the Ministry of the Environment and the Fight against Climate Change (MDDELCC).
  • 2016 : For CLD Domaine du Roy and promoter: technical and agronomic feasibility study and participation in the business plan of a greenhouse complex (800 m²) for the organic production of cucumbers (Lac St-Jean). Preparation and obtaining of the certificate of authorization from the Ministry of the Environment and the Fight against Climate Change (MDDELCC).
  • 2014 : For the MRC of Maria-Chapdelaine, additional studies to the 2013-2018 PDAA on the specificities of northern agriculture, the slaughterhouse as a lever for development - analysis of the mobile slaughterhouse option, artisanal agri-food processing and recovery of agricultural and agri-food co-products
  • 2010-2013 : For the Economic Development Office of Obedjiwan / Opitciwan. Realization of preliminary projects concerning: a complex of community greenhouses with recovery of thermal discharges from a small cogeneration plant (4 MW) as alternative heating energy; community garden project; NWFP drying unit project with recovery of waste heat from a small cogeneration plant (4 MW) as alternative heating energy; community blueberry project; establishment of cooperative management.
  • 2013 : For the MRC of Maria-Chapdelaine, diagnostic survey on the characterization, performance, difficulties and needs of small and medium-sized agri-food processing enterprises (Lac St-Jean).
  • 2013 : For the MRC of Maria-Chapdelaine, participation in the Development Plan for Agricultural and Agrifood Activities in the Nordic pedoclimatic context ("third eye" and additional information on the specificities of northern agriculture, the slaughterhouse as a lever for development - analysis of the mobile slaughterhouse option, artisanal agri-food processing and the development of agricultural and agri-food co-products).
